Peyton Giddens- Safety Manager
Peyton Giddens joined Brammer Engineering, Inc. in 2005. Peyton is a Registered Environmental Manager, Certified Safety and Environmental Manager, and Radiation Safety Officer. As Safety Manager of the Health Safety and Environmental Department Peyton has experience working in drilling operations safety inspections, Phase I Audits, spill response and remediation, incident investigations and SPCC plans. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana, and has an Advanced Safety Certificate from the National Safety Council. Peyton is a lifetime outdoor enthusiast and volunteers as a coach for various youth sport leagues.
Will Ward- Environmental Manager
Will joined Brammer Engineering, Inc. in 2001. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science in 1998 from Louisiana State University, Shreveport, and an MBA in 2011 from Centenary College. He currently manages all phases of environmental compliance for Brammer and its clients, including air, water, and waste disciplines. His experience includes Safety Auditing, Air Quality Permitting, SPCC Development, NORM, Waste Management, Spill Response, Incident Investigation, Phase I Environmental Audits, and Safety and Environmental training. Will received the Advanced Safety Certificate from the National Safety Council and is a Registered Environmental Manager and a Registered Environmental Property Assessor. In his leisure time, Will enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and family time.
Rachel King- Sr. Environmental Specialist
Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, LA. After her graduation in 2008, Rachel joined Brammer Engineering in the Health Safety and Environmental Department. She has experience preparing SPCC plans, Waste Management Plans, Tier II Reports, and Emissions Inventory Reports. She is also responsible for developing and filing air quality permit applications. Rachel is a Registered Environmental Manager and Radiation Safety Officer. In her spare time, she enjoys making jelly, restoring old furniture, and running. Rachel also volunteers for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo as a member of Corral Club.
Christopher Ferris- Environmental Specialist
As an environmental specialist for Brammer Engineering, Inc., Christopher is responsible for Air Quality Permitting and associated compliance obligations, Development of Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans (SPCC Plans), Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments, Oil spill response and remediation management, NORM management, and Liaison between our clients and regulatory agencies.
Christopher is a native of Shreveport and joined Brammer in the spring of 2018 after graduating from LSU with a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering and a Minor in Energy.
Elizabeth Crafts- Systems Developer/Analyst
Elizabeth Crafts joined Brammer Engineering, Inc. in 2012 and is responsible for database design and maintenance in the HSE department. Elizabeth also works extensively with Brammer’s Quorum software application as a business intelligence analyst, which includes the development of custom reports through SAP BusinessObjects. Elizabeth has experience with data mining and operations research techniques. She received her Bachelor of Science in Management Science from the Lyle School of Engineering at Southern Methodist University and her Master of Science in Information Systems and Decision Sciences from Louisiana State University’s E.J. Ourso College of Business. In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys running, playing tennis, and volunteering with the Junior League and Volunteers of America.
Larry Cooper- Certified Industrial Hygienist/Training Specialist
Larry attended Louisiana Tech University and received a BS in Chemistry. He is a member of the American Chemical Society and the Academy of Industrial Hygiene. He served on an Ad Hoc committee and helped establish the East Texas Chapter of the National STEPS Network, an alliance between the employers in the Oil and Gas industry and OSHA, in 2007, and has served in the role of president for that chapter for four annual terms since its inception. Larry joined Brammer Engineering, Inc. in 2005, and his current responsibilities include providing Health and Safety program development and maintenance services for various clients as requested, as well as developing and conducting health and safety-related training for clients and Brammer employees. Larry is a certified PEC SafeLand/SafeGulf and Core Compliance instructor as well as a Hydrogen Sulfide Trainer and a First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor as qualified by the American Heart Association. Larry began his career as a chemist with Velsicol Chemical Corporation, and also worked for Honeywell/UOP in the North Shreveport area. Larry loves restoring antique furniture, riding his motorcycle, and watching football. Larry formerly was an Adjunct Professor for Bossier Parish Community College and instructed two OSHA-related safety courses in their Oil and Gas Petroleum Technology curriculum.
Denise Holmes- MSA Administrator
Denise Baker is an MSA Administrator for our Health Safety & Environmental Department and has over 15 years of administrative and data entry experience. She joined Brammer Engineering, Inc. in May of 2015 and handles the maintenance of training records and is responsible for Master Service Agreements with vendors and contractors, along with other various duties. Denise enjoys spending time with her family.
Matt Henry- Environmental Specialist
Matt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science with a minor in Plant Science from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, LA. After graduating in 2017 he was hired by the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality where he was able to bring numerous industries, municipalities, and private business owners back into environmental compliance. Matt also responded to citizen complaints and was able to oversee a variety of different spill cleanup procedures.
Matt joined Brammer Engineering in the summer of 2019. He am responsible for Air Quality compliance obligations, developing Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans (SPCC Plans), Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments, oil spill response and remediation management, NORM management and liaison between our clients and regulatory agencies.
In his free time he enjoys hunting, fishing, mountain biking, and simply being outdoors.
